Terms of Service

Payment Information and Refund Policy

• I largely prefer PayPal due to invoice functionality but can do Venmo or CashApp payments if necessary

• I only begin work after payment has been made for my own protection. If you cannot pay in full upfront, I will accept payment plans. I can send updates so that you can see you will get the product you paid for

• I will issue a full refund if you want to cancel the commission for any reason after you have paid me. However, if I have started work, I cannot issue a full refund. Instead, I will send back the corresponding money in relation to how much of the commission I got finished.

Intellectual Property Policy

• Credit is required. If I created something you commissioned from me, you must credit me for it. Ask for social media accounts if you are unsure. (Ex: Art credit to Three Eyed Dog Art / Stagsprite)

• I reserve the right to post any commission on my social media or art portfolio at my own discretion

• I retain the rights to the art only, not your character. >> If I do not credit your character correctly, please email me at threeeyeddogart@gmail.com

General Work Policies:

• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason

• Please be aware of my abilities as an artist and your expectations as a commissioner

• A visual reference is HIGHLY preferred. I can work off of a description reference for certain things, but may decline if too complex. I have the right to post the art on platforms unless agreed upon otherwise

• My work is pending copyright. If any of my artwork is stolen or used for monetary purpose, legal action will be pursued if not taken down.

Will Draw:

• There is a very long list of things I will draw. Listing them all here would take up too much space. If it's not on my will not draw, come hit me up! Asking is always okay

• Am willing to draw for extra cost >> Mecha / heavy machinery / complex armor

Will Not Draw:

• Stolen characters

• Offensive art / harmful art (racism, transphobia, pedophilia, sexual assault, etc.) I reserve the right to deny anything I find offensive / harmful

• Anything that makes me uncomfortable (again, the best way to know is to ask)

Legal Policies:

• Adult themed work: You MUST be 18 years or older to commission NSFW or pornographic material from me. If I am skeptical of your age, I will ask to see some form of identification of your age. I will not draw underage characters for these kinds of commissions, all characters in the work must be 18 years of age or older.

• Commercial use: These types of commissions can include merch (stickers/posters/shirts to be printed and sold), official album covers (officially printed/mass produced/distributed), or pieces for comic books/books/magazines. I must be emailed regarding an agreeable percentage of all merchandise or other misc. materials that have my work on them. You are not allowed to make copies or edit my artwork and redistribute them, especially for monetary gain. If found doing so I can pursue legal action. You do reserve the right to use your commissioned piece as a social media icon/banner/thumbnail, etc.
